CHICAGO (WLS) -- A $2 million settlement was reached in the death of a woman at the E2 nightclub. It's said to be the largest wrongful death settlement linked to that tragedy.
Lawyers say the money will go to the children of Nita Anthony. The 24-year-old single mother of four was one of 21 people killed at the club in February 2003.
The settlement was reached with Clear Channel. One of the company's DJs allegedly incited a deadly stampede by ordering a security guard to use pepper spray.
