Outbound Kennedy Expressway reopens near Addison after semi crash

CHICAGO (WLS) -- The outbound lanes of the Kennedy Expressway reopened near Addison around 9:50 p.m. after crews finished cleaning up a fuel leak from a semi crash.

Illinois State Police said a semi truck jackknifed, blocking three of the four outbound lanes, and began leaking fuel around 9 p.m.

All lanes of outbound I-90 were closed and level one hazmat was called while crews cleaned up the fuel. No injuries were reported.
