HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill. (WLS) -- A Rosemont woman is facing felony charges in connection with a bizarre attack on two children.
Police say 26-year-old Jessica Zander hit the children with a screwdriver in Hoffman Estates Monday afternoon.
Police describe the attack as random, and don't know what might have provoked it. The children weren't seriously hurt,
Zander was later arrested at a second location when police received a call of a woman pointing a weapon and banging on a resident's door.
