COUNTRY CLUB HILLS, Ill. (WLS) -- Lemonade stands are a summer tradition and the kids who run one in Country Club Hills want you to know Cook County's new tax on sugary drinks isn't changing anything.

Sharon Powell shared pictures of the kids hawking their lemonade.

As their sign says, there are no hidden fees and no tax, it's just good and cold lemonade at only one dollar a glass.

The penny an ounce sugary drink tax went into effect last week.
