Teen fatally shot in Back of the Yards remembered at vigil

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A candlelight vigil was held Monday night for a 17-year-old girl shot and killed in Chicago's Back of the Yards neighborhood over the weekend.

Friends and family gathered near 45th and Wood, where Naome Zuber was fatally shot. She was riding in a car with three friends when someone opened fire. The other were not hurt.

Zuber was a senior at Curie High School. She was planning to attend college next year in Texas, and to study criminal justice.
