Racist messages found at University of Chicago campus

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A neo-Nazi group could be behind racist messages discovered on the University of Chicago's campus.

Posters featuring a picture of Adolf Hitler and swastikas were found at two locations.

The university's newspaper reports that the name of symbol of The Atomwaffen Division, a neo-Nazi group was on the posters.

The university released a statement that said: "the university is aware of this material... which was found and immediately removed at multiple locations on campus yesterday morning. We are investigating the incidents."
