2 puppies from One Tail At a Time in Chicago to compete in annual Puppy Bowl

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Two local puppies will be competing in Animal Planet's Puppy Bowl on Super Bowl Sunday.

Suzy and Vernon, are from One Tail At a Time rescue in Chicago.

They will joins dozens of puppies from rescues and shelters nationwide as they compete for the Walmart "Lombarky" Trophy.

There is a Puppy Bowl watch party and fundraiser for One Tail At a Time on February 8 from noon to 3 p.m., at Babe's Sports bar in Logan Square. Adoptable puppies and the Puppy Bowl stars will be attending and entry is a donation of any kind benefiting One Tail At a Time.
