
AURORA, Ill. (WLS) -- Three women were shot in west suburban Aurora on Christmas Day, police said Friday.
Aurora police responded just after 8 p.m. to a report of a shooting in the 300-block of Sunset Avenue.
When they arrived, they found the women, ages 34, 36, and 55, with gunshot wounds, police said.

Aurora Fire Department paramedics took the women to a local hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries, police said.
Police did not immediately provide any additional information about what led up to the shooting.
