Cardi B to voice new NYC subway PSAs

NEW YORK (WLS) -- New York City subway riders may soon hear Cardi B's voice.

The "Bodak Yellow" rapper has been tapped to give rider etiquette and safety announcements, the Metropolitan Transportation Authority announced.

There is no word yet on when the new messages will start playing.

This comes as tickets went on sale for Cardi B's "Little Miss Drama" tour this week

The rapper will stop at the United Center on March 21.
