Chicago area suburbs make list of best small cities in nation

Several Chicago suburbs made the list of best small cities in the nation, according to WalletHub.com.

Crystal Lake (ranked 10th), Algonquin (25th), McHenry (45th) and Vernon Hills (62nd) were just a few to make the list.

The communities were ranked on qualities such as schools and the cost of housing.
