CHICAGO (WLS) -- Caleb Williams' goal is to be among the greatest to play the game.

And being on the cover of EA Sports' Madden NFL 27 video game is an indication that he is headed in the right direction.

Williams made history as the first Chicago Bears quarterback ever to be featured on the iconic game cover.

Williams got a chance to play the game on Thursday night at Navy Pier during the official reveal party, battling fellow Heisman winner Cam Newton.

The game itself will not be released until August, but Williams' part in its promotion says a lot about how he is viewed around the league as he heads into just his third season.
