Bears to receive 2nd round pick in 2026 NFL draft from Bills

CHICAGO (WLS) -- The Chicago Bears are trading wide receiver DJ Moore to the Buffalo Bills, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports.
Buffalo is sending a 2026 second-round draft pick to Chicago in exchange for Moore and a 2026 fifth-round selection, sources told Schefter.
Moore played three seasons with the Bears after coming to Chicago from Carolina.
Moore had notable highlights as part of the Bears 2025 season in which they won the NFC North, including a game-winning catch against the Green bay Packers in overtime in Week 16 and another game-winning touchdown catch against the Packers in the first round of the playoffs.
He was one of the team's top receivers, but was set to carry a high salary cap hit for the 2026 season.
The trade cannot officially be processed until the new league year begins next Wednesday.
