1 killed, 1 injured in Little Village stabbing, Chicago police say

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A woman was killed and a man seriously injured in a stabbing in the Little Village neighborhood Tuesday night, Chicago police said.
The incident took place at about 11:35 p.m. in the 2500-block of South Christiana Avenue.

Police said officers arrived at the scene and found a woman was found with multiple puncture wounds and pronounced dead at the scene.
A 59-year-old man was found with multiple stab wounds and transported to Mt. Sinai Hospital, where he was listed in serious condition, police said.
A weapon was recovered from the scene and Area Four detectives are investigating.
