CPD searching for suspect accused of stealing drugs at pharmacies on North Side

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Chicago police are searching for a suspect accused of stealing narcotics from North Side pharmacies.

Police released a photo of a man they said targeted multiple pharmacies throughout October.

In each crime, police said the suspect enters the store, jumps the counter and takes bottles of narcotics.

The suspect then fled in a black electric scooter.

Police did not specify which narcotics the suspect stole.

The crimes happened at the following dates and locations, police said:

-1200 Block of W. Devon Ave on October 1, 2025 at 1:30 p.m.

- 6500 Block of N. Sheridan Rd on October 1, 2025 at 1:53 p.m.

- 5300 Block of N. Broadway on October 1, 2025 at 2 p.m.

- 3000 Block of N. Broadway on October 5, 2025 at 4:30 p.m.

- 1500 Block of W. Devon Ave on October 22, 2025 at 9:47 a.m.

- 5600 Block of N Ridge Ave on October 22, 2025 at 10:20 a.m.

- 1500 Block of W. Devon Ave on October 24, 2025 at 1:22 p.m.
