Man charged in armed home invasion, sexual assault in Humboldt Park, Chicago police say

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Chicago police said an armed suspect in a home invasion and sexual assault earlier this month on the city's West Side has been arrested and charged.

Keith Finley, 46, is facing three felony charges, including home invasion and aggravated sexual assault with a firearm.

The crimes happened Oct. 14 in the 900 block of North Ridgeway Avenue in Humboldt Park, Chicago police said.

Finley allegedly entered a home and displayed a firearm at a 33-year-old woman before a sexual assault occurred, CPD said. A 47-year-old man was also battered and injured.

Members of the Fugitive Apprehension Unit and the U.S. Marshals Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested the suspect Friday in Chicago.
