WINNETKA, Ill. (WLS) -- A federal grand jury has indicted six men after a violent home invasion that happened in north suburban Winnetka last month.
It happened in the 700-block of Rosewood Avenue on March 8. One of the men involved allegedly posed as a food delivery driver.
Then, the group forced their way into the home with guns and restrained the victim, officials said.
Six suspects have pleaded not guilty. A seventh suspect was taken into custody on Tuesday, and charges are pending.
