Chicago police release images of suspects in armed robbery on CTA Blue Line train

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Chicago police have issued an alert over an armed robbery on a CTA Blue Line train.

The incident occurred on a CTA Blue Line train at about 7:40 p.m. in the 500-block of South Kedzie Avenue, police said.

Police shared surveillance photos of three suspects and said one of the men pulled a handgun on a passenger in West Garfield Park.

The other two suspects held the train doors open for a quick escape after the robbery, police said.
