Chicago police searching for missing 94-year-old man with dementia last seen in Rogers Park

CHICAGO (WLS) -- The Chicago Police Department is searching for a high-risk missing 94-year-old man who is diagnosed with dementia.

Semen Lelchuk was last seen around 2 p.m. Saturday in the 1300 block of West Jarvis Avenue in Rogers Park, police said.

Lelchuk was wearing a red shirt and may be in possession of a cane, police said.

CPD said the man speaks Russian.

No further information was available as Chicago police continue to assist in the search for the high-risk missing man.
