ABC7 celebrating Juneteenth in 'Our Chicago: Promise of America' special

CHICAGO (WLS) -- ABC7 Chicago is celebrating Juneteenth by exploring the intersection of voting rights, Black liberation and America's history in a thoughtful special about how casting ballots is an act of democracy.

ABC7 spoke to the mayor of Chicago and the first Black woman to serve as senator, among others, in a 30-minute special airing at 6 p.m. Saturday.
