
CHICAGO (WLS) -- Two teenagers were wounded in a shooting in the Englewood neighborhood Monday morning, Chicago police said.
The shooting took place at about 3:39 a.m. in the 400-block of West 61st Street.
Police said and 18-year-old man and an 18-year-old woman were standing outside when they heard gunshots and felt pain.
The woman was wounded several times and transported to the University of Chicago Medical Center, where she was in critical condition, police said.
The man was wounded in the foot and transported to the University of Chicago Medical Center, where he was listed in good condition, police said.
Area One detectives are investigating.
