Man, woman found shot to death in Brighton Park home, Chicago police say

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A man and woman were found shot to death in Brighton Park Wednesday night, Chicago police said.

Officers responded to a call of a shooting at about 8:03 p.m. in the 4500-block of South Albany Avenue.

Officers and CFD personnel found a 70-year-old man and a 43-year-old woman who were both shot in the head and pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

The man and woman have been identified to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office as Harry Kirkpatrick and Ann Kirkpatrick .

Further details were not immediately available. Area One detectives are investigating.
