2 shot inside restaurant in Bronzeville, Chicago police say

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Chicago police said two people were shot inside a business in Bronzeville on Sunday morning.

The shooting happened at about 5:53 a.m. at Union Sub restaurant in the 100-block of East 51st Street, police said.

Two men, aged 18 and 19, were inside a business when a man started shooting, CPD said. The 18-year-old was shot in the right leg, and the 19-year-old was shot in the left calf.

Both victims were taken to area hospitals and were expected to be okay.

No other injuries were reported.

CPD is investigating. Nobody is in custody.
