CHICAGO (WLS) -- A man was hospitalized in critical condition after being pulled from the waters of Lake Michigan near the "Playpen," a source told ABC7 Chicago.

The area of the lake is near Ohio Street Beach downtown.

A source said the man was reported to be in critical condition.
