Gov. Pritzker announces 2026 Illinois State Fair headliner

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Illinoisans are eager to welcome warmer weather and the annual Illinois State Fair.

On Tuesday, Gov. JB Pritzker announced the headliners for this year's event will be The Chicks.

The fair will run from Thursday, August 13 through Sunday, August 23.

Other artists announced include Bailey Zimmerman, Lainey Wilson, Ella Langley, Shinedown and Matchbox Twenty.
