Suburban police seek person of interest after 18-year-old's murder

CICERO, Ill. (WLS) -- West suburban police are looking for a person of interest after an 18-year-old man was shot to death on Friday night.

Cicero police said officers responded to reports of a large fight in the alley near 58th Avenue and 25th Street just before midnight.

There, officers found the 18-year-old, who had been shot. He was pronounced dead on the scene.

Police released a photo of a male person of interest who was seen near where the shooting happened. He wore all white clothing.

Police asked anyone with information to contact them. Anonymous tips may also be submitted through Tip411, and the anonymous tip line is 708-863-COPS.
