Police searching for man who disappeared after LaSalle County crash last week

LASALLE COUNTY, Ill. (WLS) -- Police in LaSalle County are looking for information that can lead them to a man who has been missing since he got into a car crash last week.

The family of Concepcion Villa Herrera says he has not been seen since last Sunday.

Police say his vehicle was involved in a crash near the town of Utica that morning, and security video showed him walking in a wooded area near I-80.

Herrera is described as 5-foot-6 and 190 pounds with a gold front tooth.

He was last seen wearing a white Nike windbreaker.

The LaSalle County Sheriff's Office asked anyone with information to call them at 815-433-2161.
