CTA passenger: Man recorded upskirt video on Red Line

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A CTA passenger is speaking out after she says someone videotaped up her skirt on a Red Line train.

She says he started recording as she boarded at the Belmont station. When the train stopped, the other passengers stepped in.

"They pushed them away and then just kind of cornered him against a post until the police arrived. He was negotiating with us the entire time, asking for the camera, saying he would give us the memory card and that it was a mistake," the passenger said.

Officers arrested Angel Ramirez-Diaz. He's charged with videotaping through clothes.
