CHICAGO (WLS) -- A former WGN employee is seeking damages after she was detained by federal agents in an incident caught on video.
Debbie Brockman filed a $10 million claim against the federal government.
She says federal agents accosted her last October, when she still worked at WGN, during the Department of Homeland Security's Chicago-area immigration operation "Midway Blitz."
A DHS spokesperson said Brockman threw something at the agents.
She disputes those claims.
