Lake Geneva resort serves up a s'mores twist, no campfire required

S'mores without the fire? That's what Timber Ridge Lodge & Waterpark in Lake Geneva is serving up this summer.

Chef David Geske, the resort's new head chef, visited ABC7 Chicago to demo a no-campfire version of the classic treat, complete with crushed graham crackers, chocolate bites and marshmallow whip.

The dessert is a hit at Timber Ridge's new Fireside Terrace and easy for families to make at home.

The Wisconsin resort also offers a waterpark, outdoor s'mores and plenty of kid-friendly fun.
