Former Lansing HS teacher charged with sexually assaulting students, court records how

LANSING, Ill. (WLS) -- A former south suburban teacher has been charged with felony sex assault and abuse, court records show.

Andre Richmond taught at Thornton Fractional South High School in Lansing.

Richmond is accused of having inappropriate relationships with two different students.

Richmond was a teacher at the time of the alleged relationships.

The school district confirmed that it is aware of the charges and has no comment at this time.
