Recipe for Asian BBQ salmon

Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 8-12 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
4 6-8 oz. portions of salmon
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
4 tablespoons oyster sauce
6 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon Asian chile paste
Zest of 1/2 orange
Juice of 1 orange
2 tablespoons black bean sauce
Preparation:
1. Combine all ingredients except for salmon. Reserve.
2. Grill salmon on a hot grill (about 4-6 minutes per side depending on the thickness of the salmon and the temperature of the grill). When the salmon is turned over, brush liberally with the BBQ sauce.
3. When the salmon is done, additional BBQ sauce can be applied just before serving.
