Man critically injured after being pulled from pond in Lisle, officials say

LISLE, Ill. (WLS) -- A man was hospitalized after being pulled from a pond in Lisle Thursday, officials said.

Police said the man was fishing near the Four Lakes shoreline when someone noticed he was in distress in the water.

The Lisle Woodridge Fire dive rescue team pulled the man from the water and took him to a nearby hospital for treatment.

The man was listed in critical conditiion.
