Prosecutors say 21-year-old Jonathan Rosa and a co-defendant forced a real estate agent into her SUV and sexually assaulted her as they drove off in the vehicle in July 2014 in Tioga.

They say the vehicle blew a tire and crashed into the fruit stand, killing 34-year-old Keisha Williams and three children ages 7 to 15.

Investigators say the family was raising money for their church.

Co-defendant Cornelius Crawford is serving a 50- to 100-year sentence. Both men pleaded guilty to third-degree murder, sexual assault and other crimes.

Rosa has expressed remorse for the crash in court.
