Mark Giangreco lost a bet... so this happened

CHICAGO -- Mark Giangreco, once-proud Dayton University alum, had to shave an S into his chest after his team lost in the first round of the NCAA tournament.
Dayton fell to Syracuse, 70-51.
Giangreco made the bet with Syracuse alum and local sports reporter Nick Friedell.
