Metra BNSF train service disrupted after truck hits bridge

CICERO, Ill. (WLS) -- Trains on the Metra BNSF Line were halted in both directions after a truck struck a bridge near Cicero Thursday morning.

Metra said all inbound and outbound trains were halted and extensive delays are anticipated. Shortly before 7 a.m., Metra said trains were resuming with residual delays.
