Manhunt for escapee seen in 'Scarface' shirt and shackles underway in northwest Indiana: LIVE

PORTER COUNTY, Ind. (WLS) -- A manhunt is underway in northwest Indiana on Monday afternoon.

Indiana State Police said law enforcement is looking for an escapee in the area of Interstate 94 near the Burns Harbor/Porter exit.

ISP said the man was last seen in shackles. He was wearing a black "Scarface" T-shirt and dark pants.

If you see the suspect, call 911 and do not approach him, ISP said.

Authorities did not immediately provide further information.
