9-year-old boy missing while riding bike in Elmhurst found safe, police say

ELMHURST, Ill. (WLS) -- Police in Elmhurst said a missing 9-year-old boy has now been found safe.

He was last seen riding his bike on the Illinois Prairie Path near Spring Road around 7:30 p.m. Thursday.

He was later located safely in Glen Ellyn, police said.
