Police released a surveillance image of the man, who allegedly followed two boys into the restroom.

Inside the bathroom, the man allegedly fondled himself while one of the boys was in the stall and did not allow the child to leave.

The man then touched the other boy in an inappropriate manner while the child was urinating, police said.

Both boys left the bathroom when another person entered.

The suspect is described as a man between 25 and 30 years old with short black hair. He weighs around 180 to 200 pounds.

The suspect was last seen wearing glasses, big headphones, a gray or white t-shirt, black shorts, and black gym shoes.
