
CHICAGO (WLS) -- It's Cinco De Mayo!
The holiday marks the anniversary of the 1862 victory by Mexican troops over invading French forces at the Battle of Puebla.
To celebrate many of you will be enjoying some tasty Mexican dishes, drinks and plenty of music.
Chef Jocelyn Reyes with La Katrina Auténtica, 1041 W Taylor St. Chicago. shared how to make a traditional cactus salad tostada as well as shrimp tacos.

La Katrina Auténtica is located inside Little Joe's in Chicago's Little Italy neighborhood. Reyes and her husband also operate a food truck that's based in Princeton, Illinois.
