Steve Dahl recalls Disco Demolition in 1979

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Almost 37 years ago to the day, Chicago radio icon Steve Dahl blew up disco records at Comiskey Park on July 12, 1979.

Disco Demolition Night was an event that blew up itself into the stuff of legend.

Dahl spoke spoke about "The Night Disco Died" at ABC7's State Street studios on Monday.
