Waukegan man held on child porn charges

WAUKEGAN, Ill. (WLS) -- Saint Alexander, 34, of Waukegan, is charged with several counts of child pornography after police found "an extensive amount of images and videos identified as child pornography," according to the Lake County Sheriff's Office.

Each of the ten counts is a Class 2 Felony, which carries a possible prison term of 3 to 7 years.

A search warrant executed at Alexander's home after an investigation by the Lake County Sheriff's Office Cybercrimes Unit led to the seizure of multiple electronic devices, according to the sheriff. He could face additional charges, official said.

Alexander is being held on a $150,000 bond at Lake County Jail. He is scheduled to appear in court on May 19.
