Five people were killed and 34 were injured in a massive crash between a bus and six vehicles on Interstate 95 in Virginia early Friday morning.

Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro said the portion of Interstate 95 that collapsed last week will be open to traffic again this weekend.
"I can state with confidence that we will have I-95 reopened within the next two weeks," Gov. Josh Shapiro said.
Gov. Shapiro said the plan is to fill the gap with backfill and then pave over it to create a temporary roadway and get the highway open again.
