Cubs put Jason Motte, Jorge Soler on disabled list
The Cubs placed right-hander Jason Motte (shoulder) and outfielder Jorge Soler (oblique) on the 15-day disabled list, and recalled LHP Zac Rosscup and IF Tommy La Stella from Triple-A Iowa.
