Santa Cruz lifeguard describes dramatic rescue of young boy: video

"I put my fins on my wrist, popped my buoy and entered the water to get ahold of the child." The 16-year-old lifeguard who was captured on camera pulling a young boy to the shore off the coast of Santa Cruz last weekend is speaking out for the first time.
