'Top cop' caught on camera

The methods are being questioned of a decorated state trooper who made hundreds of DUI arrests.

The I-Team heard from one driver, who says, after his arrest, his property was missing.

He tracked it down at the state trooper's house, and the confrontation was caught on camera.
