Timeless Gifts celebrating 16 years of Chicago performance programs

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Timeless Gifts is celebrating 16 years of providing music and performance arts programs in Chicago.

The non-profit was founded by Emmy award-winning vocalist Joan Collaso. She joined ABC7 Wednesday along with Donald Crutch, a Timeless Gifts participant.
