A man was caught trespassing in an Amtrak train yard in the South Loop, south of Roosevelt near Lumber Street.

Chopper 7 HD flew overhead and captured the man holding something up, covering his hands. There had been reports that he had a gun. It's unclear if he did, but he was making threatening moves.

At one point the man ran towards police. That when S.W.A.T. team officers began firing beanbags at him. They were then able to tackle the man to the ground.

He was taken to the University of Illinois hospital to be checked out.
