No diet, gym time needed, says "Turbo Charged" author
How about a no diet 'diet' and no gym too? "Turbo Charged" author Dian Griesel tells us more.

You've heard of the Atkins, the Mediterranean, the cabbage diet - how about a no diet 'diet' and no gym too? One health expert guarantees you will still lose weight and look fabulous.

Try to keep up with health guru Dian Griesel as she bounces new ideas around about dieting - for example, not losing weight.

"Weight is muscle, it's brains, it's hearts, it's all the essential organs of your body, your bones," Griesel said. "These all add up to your weight. Fat is a whole other story. Fat, we could get rid of some of it."

Griesel is author of the book "Turbo Charged" and she holds a PhD in nutrition. She insists on healthy eating. And strongly suggests we drink much more water, especially before coffee in the morning.

But this is where things really get interesting - Griesel says you also don't have to go to the gym. But every two hours even at the office - get up for one minute and work your muscles.

"I do it all day long at work. I just slip off my shoes, I've done it in skirts. I've done it in dresses. You can do it in tight pants," Griesel said.

"Hold like this for 60 seconds. I know my stomach is burning already," Griesel said.

Griesel guarantees this works. Just remember every two hours to "turbo charge."

Some of the exercises she suggests doing for a minute every two hours are: planks, push ups, squats, jumping jacks, and if you have one - try moving on a rebounder.
