January is the time for resolutions to lose weight, but are you looking for something fun to start your day? Do you like going to the dance clubs at night? Well we've got the workout for you - it's called "Daybreaker." The idea behind this began in New York, where some people wanted all the fun of a hot dace nightclub without the calories of all the beverages. It's an early morning dance party with all the glitz, fun, DJ's and dancing to get your day started right. Two ladies, Julia Dilday and Mel Safford brought the idea here to Chicago, so Val decided to check it out.
