CHICAGO (WLS) -- The deaths of Alton Sterling in Baton Rouge and Philando Castile in Minnesota at the hands of police are sparking outrage and protests from coast to coast. Now a retired Chicago officer is speaking out and making sure everyone knows how to stay safe.
